Private room with 1 queen size bed available for single or working student ..(single occupancy) Kitchen and laundry to be shared with us. Two min walk to bus stop , 20 mins to 22nd skytrain station and 25 mins to Bridgeport station.. We have our own washroom so basic you are only sharing the washroom with the other tenant. Preferably female as we have a female tenant already. R
